What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause

by John R. Lee, MD, Jesse Hanley, MD< and Virginia Hopkins

Did your blood work come back normal, and yet you are experiencing symptoms of menopause? Mood swings, lethargy, pms, exhaustion, confusion...the list goes on, and you are not crazy. At least, that is what this book is saying. Truly this book was very helpful in understanding what is going on with your body, and some choices that will help you deal with it.

I noticed this book relied heavily on balance. Honestly, at times I felt caught in an infomercial, but it was much more than this. It talks about what's going on with your body, what you can do to help your self, and some personal stories of women who have gone through these things and what they were able to do to help themselves.

I think this is a good resource for more information. Your doctor does not have the time to explain everything that is going on, and they also do not have all the information that is out there. Please remember that no matter what you are seeing your doctor for. The more information you have the better off you will be.
